Family and inheritance law
The ﬁrm is specialized in the dissolution and liquidation (judicial or extrajudicial) of movable and immovable property. This includes the liquidation of matrimonial economic regimes, community or mixed ownership, as well as the liquidation of property following the decease of the title holder. Regarding the latter, the ﬁrm advises as broadly as possible on the inheritance of nationals and foreigners, from the preparation of wills to their enforcement through executors.
Real Estate law
The ﬁrm has extensive experience in real estate transactions. This includes purchase & sale agreements, mixed operations with options, all types of leases, and the construction and promotion of real estate assets of any type. The services of the ﬁrm include carrying out civil and administrative due diligence proceedings. The real estate law department works closely with the tax law department to design tax-efficient legal structures. In terms of horizontal property, the ﬁrm advises communities of owners and housing developments. Land Registry Law also has special attention within the ﬁrm and we advise clients on the execution of mortgages, as well as large-scale foreclosures. The ﬁrm also has a very active practice in urban planning, in which civil law and administrative law converge, advising on town planning legal requisites and land classiﬁcation at local, regional and state levels.
