Paloma has been an associate of the firm B. Cremades y Asociados in the International Arbitration department since 2015. 

Paloma holds a Law Degree and a Diploma in Economic Law from the University of Navarra, a Master in Business Law (LL.M.) from King’s College London and a Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession from the Spanish National University of Distance Education (UNED).

Professional experience

Her practice focuses mainly on representing clients in international arbitrations – both investment treaty and international commercial arbitrations – under various rules, including the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). Paloma also has experience in domestic arbitrations under different arbitral rules, as well as acting as Secretary to arbitral tribunals.

Paloma has participated in arbitrations relating to different sectors including finance, construction, energy, mining, infrastructure and the gaming sector. Paloma participates in proceedings conducted in both English and Spanish, involving disputes in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
