Paloma has been an associate in the International Arbitration department of B. Cremades & Asociados since 2015.
Professional experience
Her practice focuses mainly on representing clients in international arbitrations – both investment treaty and international commercial arbitrations – under various rules, including the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). Paloma also has experience in domestic arbitrations under different arbitral rules, as well as acting as Secretary to arbitral tribunals.
Paloma has participated in arbitrations relating to different sectors, including finance, construction, energy, mining, infrastructure and the gaming sector. Paloma participates in proceedings conducted in both English and Spanish, involving disputes in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
