Jean Paul’s practice focuses on the arbitration and litigation of commercial and investment disputes. He has experience working under various arbitration rules and institutions (ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC, among others) across a range of industries, including construction, mining, and energy. He also has experience in arbitration award recognition and enforcement proceedings in the U.S.
